Train sales representatives on consultatively selling the features of the console UI.

​

I created a learning experience that asks the learner to read about different personas and then choose the best features to show them on the console. Depending on the feature chosen the learning experience branches to 5 levels of proficiency.

Design considerations

I wanted to create an experience that mirrored real life as closely as possible. I used multiple-choice questions to create the branching feedback and navigation.
