Create tools that allow sales reps to easily show customers equipment console user interfaces (UI)

I created UI simulations that emulated user experiences and service technician experiences. The UI simulations saved the company $400,000 in operational expenses and allowed sales reps to continue to sell in times of social distancing. 

 ​

Design considerations

I used hotspots to link UI screenshots and custom animations to create a seamless experience. I edited short videos and audio files to simulate TV, Netflix, Spotify experiences. When no screenshots were available to use,          I recreated the UI experience using  self-made shapes and graphics.
